As part of the KBH Group, KeepSafe Storage operates two facilities in regional Western Australia, Exmouth on the North West Cape, and Waroona in the Peel region. Both are set up for the way people actually store outside the metro: bulkier items, longer stays, and vehicles that need somewhere secure between seasons.
Our Exmouth facility, previously known as Coral Coast Storage, serves Exmouth, Learmonth, Coral Bay and the wider Ningaloo Coast. It’s built around what the region needs, a washdown area for boats and 4WDs coming off the sand, dedicated space for vehicles and caravans, and keypad and mobile app access so you’re not waiting on office hours to get to your gear.

Our Waroona facility covers the Peel and Harvey shires, taking in Pinjarra, Hamel, Coolup, Yarloop, Wagerup, Cookernup and Harvey. Alongside standard units, there’s a hardstand area for secure outdoor storage of vehicles, boats, caravans and trailers, useful for farm equipment, seasonal gear, and anything that won’t fit in a shed at home.

Both facilities run flexible month-to-month agreements with no lock-in contracts and only 7 days’ notice required when moving out.
